Relax & take it easy

Long hours, hard work, lots to do, etc. So for you to relax a list of tips to relax.

1. Call instead of text. It has been proven that a person's voice has a lowering effect on stress. by texting is this not the case.
2. Take your time. Just go sit and do stuff that relaxs you (watching tv, drinking tea, closing your eyes etc.). It's that easy but so overated.
3. Don't want to be always the best, you're only human and can't do everything. So don't be disappointed if you put a bad mark back. Next time better!
4. Take care of yourself. It's a simple tip but very useful! So eat good, sport etc.

5. Eat/nibble on a orange, grapefruit or other citrusses. It has been proven that it can make your mood. 
6. Talk about your feelings, with friends or family or a stranger. But just talk about it.
7. Smile! Always, everywhere; just smile. Even if you're not in the mood for smiling if you do it your brain thinks your happy so you get happy (do you get it?).
8. Do something fresh, something you never did before and gives you a really good feeling.
9. Don't talk negative anymore! It works on your mood, so you get unhappy and you don't want that. So if you're talking about something negative change the subject right now!

10. Sleep enough! Then you process your stress in your sleep, what the next day (almost) is gone.
11. Go into the sun (or a lamp that has almost the same effect). Your body makes then a substance and that makes you feel much better.
12. Hug! Also by this one your body makes a substance that makes you feel better. And who won't like two strong arms around you.

13. get good breath. Do you want to relax you can extra pay attention to your breath. the best you can breathe through your belly, by breathing through your belly you relax more.
14. Do something new EVERY day. Then you're not doing always the same stuff what makes stress.
15. Listen to energic songs, it gives you power and everything looks a bit more fun!
And now all your stress is gone ;-)
