I suddenly just got a great inspiration for a short poem and then suddenly everything went without saying, and I wrote three short poems here they are:

Poem 1:

it will go away,
I know
but not yet
I feel it
the cutting
My heart breaks

Poem 2:
The butterfly flies
a little
this is also passed
quickly
run

Poem 3:
a little
1 step
still
2 steps
over
3 steps
run
4 steps
kiss

Find yourself and start with yourself

My first psychological post about finding yourself

As a teenager you're looking at yourself, you try everything from clothing to drugs. but finding yourself has nothing to do with drugs or with clothes only to find yourself you'll have to start from within.
You need to find yourself a few things:

1. discover what you like and what not, give or for any thing you like a comprehensive view, and not just, "because I like it"

2. think how you would look like if you saw the inside, now look in the mirror. that same person or at least almost the same then you are right, you seem from the outside not inside your remember what you can do to change your exterior look like yourself.

3. write in a journal on what you did that day and what it took. write clearly your opinion on. You will soon discover things you like.

4. 4. you'll soon moody or angry around you look at yourself first, making you feel worse and you can change this?

5. Make sure you do as many things that you like. Of course you should always do something you do not like, but then do something you get happy.

6. Think (not) only to yourself, try a balance between yourself and your surroundings. for example your friends want to do something you don’t like, be honest and say you'd rather not do, but do not be disappointed if they once say no to an action from you.

7. Believe in yourself -no explanation-

I think I am now pretty whittling away at, but hopefully you understand me and are you going to find yourself.

because I can understand that some people don't find this topic interesting, I will not post many times about psychology. if you find it interesting please reply when many people do reply I will post more on this topic.
